MVWG
The 31st of March was a big day for the VW hobby and it passed with barely a whisper throughout the world. I think
things are going to change. The hobby took a turn for the better and Karmann is the reason. Ron Easton and
myself were representatives of the MVWG at a gathering of press and other VW clubs located within a 250 area of
Karmann USA located in Plymouth Michigan.
Speaking at the press conference was Karmann USA President Erik B. Roeren. He explained the new concept of
bringing your Karmann built convertible top to place that can only do it justice. The original builder, Karmann. The
new aftermarket group will start out by servicing vintage VW's then in the future, help to service, restore, and a
whole range of customization all Karmann built convertible tops. Check them out at: www.Karmann.com
